Little Boy Blue: Free Printables & Activities

We are adding something new to our homeschooling over the next few weeks.
Mother Goose!
We will be reading a Mother Goose rhyme each week that has a similar theme to our FIAR book. Since we are currently rowing “Warm as Wool” (a book about sheep and wool), I thought Little Boy Blue would fit nicely into our plans.

Little Boy Blue, come, blow your horn!
The sheep’s in the meadow, the cow’s in the corn.
Where’s the little boy that looks after the sheep?
Under the haystack, fast asleep!

We acquired a lovely Mother Goose book with beautiful illustrations from a generous donor at Homeschool Curriculum Free for Shipping that we will be reading a rhyme from each week. We will also include a few activities and printables that will reinforce the Mother Goose rhyme.

Here is a list of printables, activities, and craft ideas that I found to use with Little Boy Blue.

I will continue to add more resources, as I find them, to my Pinterest Board so be sure to follow along!

For February, we will be rowing Snowflake Bentley. Be sure to subscribe to our email list to see which Mother Goose rhyme we will include in our studies!
