Fall is my favorite time of year. I think it is the perfect season for homeschooling because the weather is usually so mild and comfortable that you can spend lots of time outside to observe and learn about all of the amazing plants that God created! Fall is an especially great time of year to learn about leaves when they are changing colors and falling to the ground.
I am looking forward to many nature walks this Fall now that we are living on 6 acres with a mountain side full of trees. There will definitely be lots of opportunity to learn about leaves! I made this Leaf Rubbing notebooking page to take along on our nature walks.
